The universe is mysterious. Climate change is not. Let's fight for a livable future.
Climate 2ⁿ—Something Wonderful (or Climate 2ⁿ for short) is a series of engaging group activities in which participants gather at different times over the course of a year to symbolically mark and raise awareness of the rapid increase in global warming impacts. These community gatherings provide an opportunity to joyfully and creatively express the wonderful aspects of life that we hope our descendants will inherit as part of a livable world. Participants are encouraged to create and/or share short essays, poems, drawings, photos, or other creative works that highlight the wonderful aspects of life. Together, we will find new ideas, new connections, and a renewed commitment for the work before us, and we will serve as an example to others that the future is worth fighting for.
Climate 2n invites you to:
Share creative works of hope and belief in the future
Stand up for a livable world for our children and grandchildren
Fight through the static to send a powerful message to our leaders
Strike a blow against global warming
The first event occurs on Earth Day Saturday, April 26 in Mill Creek Park. Please come to the Gazebo at noon for a brief organizational meeting prior to the event.
